Come on in
Accessibility matters
We’ve designed our Rotunda apartments with style and soul but also hopefully with plenty of function in mind. We want as many people as possible to be able to experience the amazing views across Birmingham that each apartment offers, as well as such a central location in the very heart of the city centre.
Rotunda is a Grade II listed building designed in the 1960s. It is defined by its cylindrical shape and each of our four apartment types is a different size of cheese-shaped, or Trivial Pursuit shaped, wedge. We’ve prepared an accessibility guide for each apartment type using Visit England’s best practice templates.
These easy-to-navigate sources of information are a great tool when deciding which is the best for your stay. We have studios (Mini), one-beds (Clubman), two-beds (Maxi) and two-bed Penthouses (Roadsters). The guides below are updated regularly by our team. If you think something is missing do get in touch and let us know. We want as many people as possible to be able to stay or visit.
