Each of our Birmingham serviced apartments has a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area with all the kit you need. Rustling up your favourite family dishes is as easy as it is at home. Marks & Spencer Food Hall, Sainsbury’s and the Selfridges Food Hall, as well as a host of delis, are all a couple of minutes walk away. You could arrange an Ocado or Waitrose delivery in advance and we’ll put it away in your apartment ahead of your arrival. Even better, you could ask us to come in the next day to do the washing up for you! Both services are at no extra charge.
If you’re looking for cooking inspiration, we even have a range of Cooking Cool recipes from local chef-hero, Alex Claridge.
Want to eat out? There are lots of child-friendly restaurants a hop, skip and a jump away as we’re so central. You can also have takeaways delivered to your apartment door (Our postcode is B2 4PA) with Deliveroo, Just Eat, UberEats and more. Basically, being in an apartment gives you the ultimate flexibility and keeps everyone happy. We’ve even prepared some Dining Out and Dining In guides for you to consider.

We won’t ask you to pay for travel cots or high chairs (and exceedingly cute nightlights too). You can prebook these via the add-ons section at checkout or drop us an email.
Our complimentary Cool for Kids welcome packs provides free gifts and goodies for kids of all changes which always gets things off to a swinging start. You’ll find a teepee tent, bean bag, games and a personalised gift for each child as well as a Variety Pack of cereals (well they are on holiday…) and a popcorn maker.

From warming baby bottles in the microwave, flinging a wash in the machine after a toddler ‘incident’ to making an espresso in your Illy coffee machine, and being able to introduce your teens to the joy of ironing, you have all the comforts of home in a beautifully designed apartment.

Our penthouse apartments give you all that plus a spacious, private balcony.

Our Clubman, Maxi and Penthouse serviced apartments have separate bedrooms from the main living space, which means that when the small people sleep at our family-friendly Birmingham hotel, you can enjoy the rest of your evening with a glass of fizz (or a mug of complimentary hot chocolate!) taking in the rooftop views and night lights of the city. The views are Insta-tastic.
6) CHILD-FRIENDLY VALUE (AND STYLE)

We’re located right in the city centre, in the pedestrianised area, which is very child-friendly. Get out and explore then pop back any time to your apartment with the kids and grab a bite to eat, play some board games (supplied), watch TV or take a nap – you choose. You’ll also have free, high-quality Wi-Fi for your entire stay and a good choice of TV channels.
8) PUTTING YOUR FEET UP
You are having a break and that’s exactly what our family friendly aparthotel delivers. You will find everything ready to use on arrival (beds made up etc) and it’s our job to clean the apartment after you check out, not yours.
If your booking is for multiple nights, you can enjoy a free, daily maid service. Just let us know how often you would like it at check-in.
