Staying Cool Launches Huge NHS Discount
Please note – On 23 March the government put in place an order to stop all non-essential travel and for all serviced accommodation to shut unless its guests are key workers. In view of this, and for the safety and well-being of our staff and guests, we are not taking bookings until 30th April 2020. This will be reviewed as and when the government releases more information around lifting these restrictions.
Staying Cool has launched it’s biggest ever discount exclusively for the amazing members of the NHS workforce. Anyone with an NHS ID can save 25% on their stay at our 5* serviced apartments at the Rotunda in Birmingham city centre.
Our General Manager said, “With some challenging times ahead for our National Health Service, we’re offering this discounted rate as a thank you for all the hard work the NHS workforce puts in day-in-day-out.”
Bookings must be can be made via the Staying Cool website, phone or email. No discount code is required. A refund or discount will be applied to your booking upon presentation of your NHS photo ID.

Our Birmingham apartments
Staying Cool’s 35 spacious apartments sit atop the Grade II-listed Rotunda building in New Street. They offer privacy and calm to guests as well as magnificent views across Birmingham to the Shropshire hills. They can be booked from as little as one night and have living/dining areas as well as well-equipped kitchens. There are four apartment types on offer: Mini studios, one-bedroom Clubmans, two-bedroom Maxis and two-bedroom Roadster penthouses.
Doing business well
From 2008, when our serviced apartments opened in Birmingham, we’ve been determined to put people first. It is important for us to do good and be part of the community. Over more than a decade, we’ve connected with charities and small businesses in Brum. We support as many good causes as we can, such as Birmingham Children’s Hospital. We also work with a local charity so that carers can enjoy some respite in style in our apartments.
