Every year, the very best restaurants in the UK are tracked down by The Good Food Guide. The guide’s roving team of inspectors dine anonymously and pay their bills in full, so you can rely on their recommendations. We’ve compiled a list of Birmingham restaurants that have made it into the guide. Here they are in alphabetical order.

1) Adam’s

Adam’s was included in The Good Guide’s prestigious Top 50 UK Best Restaurants: “The food here is presented with a light touch and Stokes enjoys layering dishes with contrasts of texture and nuances of flavour…”

We say: One of the four Michelin-starred restaurants in Birmingham, so Adam’s is hard to beat. Read our Michelin in Birmingham guide here.
